KI-gestütztes Buchberatungssystem (SnackzAGENT)

Auf dieser Website verwenden wir ein KI-gestütztes Dialogsystem zur personalisierten Buchberatung der BRAIN SNACKZ GmbH, Alt-Moabit 37, 10555 Berlin (nachfolgend „BRAIN SNACKZ"). Das System ermöglicht es Ihnen, über einen textbasierten Dialog passende Buchempfehlungen aus unserem Katalog zu erhalten. BRAIN SNACKZ wird auf der Webseite als Auftragsverarbeiter gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO eingesetzt. Die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt auf Servern innerhalb der EU.
Im Rahmen der Nutzung des Beratungssystems werden unterschiedliche Daten verarbeitet.

Nutzung ohne Anmeldung (anonyme Nutzung): Bei der Nutzung des Beratungssystems ohne Anmeldung werden folgende Daten verarbeitet: Ihre Texteingaben im Dialog sowie die vom System generierten Antworten und Produktempfehlungen, eine pseudonyme User-ID (gespeichert im Local Storage Ihres Browsers, unbegrenzt gültig, jederzeit durch Sie löschbar), technische Metadaten (Zeitstempel, Sitzungsdauer, verwendeter Browser, Endgerätetyp) sowie Ihre IP-Adresse. Es werden keine Cookies gesetzt. Die IP-Adresse wird ausschließlich in den Server-Logs für 30 Tage gespeichert und dient der Sicherstellung der technischen Funktionalität. Die Dialogverläufe werden der pseudonymen User-ID zugeordnet gespeichert.

Zur Bereitstellung des Dienstes setzt BRAIN SNACKZ folgende Unterauftragsverarbeiter ein: Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland (Cloud-Infrastruktur, Hosting, KI-Modellverarbeitung über Google Vertex AI) sowie LangChain, Inc., 548 Market St, PMB 72419, San Francisco, CA 94104-5401, USA (Monitoring und Analyse des Dialogsystems, Datenverarbeitung in der EU-Region: Niederlande, Deutschland). Im Rahmen der Nutzung von LangChain kann es aufgrund des Unternehmenssitzes in den USA zu einer Übermittlung von personenbezogenen Daten in die USA kommen. Dies ist durch Standardvertragsklauseln (SCCs) abgesichert.

Bei der anonymen Nutzung erfolgt die Verarbeitung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO auf Basis unseres berechtigten Interesses an der Bereitstellung einer nutzerfreundlichen, personalisierten Produktberatung im Webshop.
Die Nutzung des Beratungssystems ist freiwillig. Der Webshop kann auch ohne Nutzung des Dialogsystems vollständig genutzt werden. Wir empfehlen, im Dialog keine sensiblen personenbezogenen Daten einzugeben.
